At Hall Chadwick, we’re passionate about helping the next generation of accounting professionals turn classroom learning into real-world experience. Our Summer 2025 Vacation Work Program has already seen one group of talented students complete their placement, gaining hands-on experience, tackling real-world challenges, and developing a clear understanding of what a day-to-day career in accounting looks like.

Now, as we return from the summer break, we’re excited to welcome the next round of our Summer Vacationers and can’t wait to see what this group has in store. If the reflections below are anything to go by, there’s plenty more learning, collaboration, and fun ahead.

Neeha's Experience

My overall experience in the Hall Chadwick Vacation Program was extremely positive and rewarding. The best part was working alongside a supportive and approachable team, gaining practical exposure to real client work, and developing a clearer understanding of professional accounting in a collaborative and inclusive culture that I would strongly recommend to other students.

Keegan’s Experience

My overall experience has been fun and insightful, learning so much about how an accounting firm is run from the inside. One of the best parts was definitely the team-building events, like the section lunch and the Christmas party. I learned what a day-to-day role in an accounting firm looks like and what a career in accounting can involve. The team is strong, together, and entertaining—and I’d absolutely recommend the program as the perfect way to align your accounting studies with a practical environment.

Eugenia's Experience

My overall experience here was so good, and getting the chance to work in a supportive and warm team made my vacation program unforgettable. I loved being given opportunities to work on different new tasks and learning how to handle multitasking. Everyone was super nice and supportive, always willing to guide me and explain things patiently. It’s a great place to gain practical experience and see what a professional accounting firm really looks like

The best thing about working at Hall Chadwick was dealing with interesting real-life work and problems to solve. The team culture is extremely supportive and inclusive—you’re invited to all social events and involved in work-related meetings, so you never feel out of place.
